sourcing, generating, building and managing new business for our
organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including fast food, Asian cuisine, and
desserts, ensuring they meet quality and taste standards. Consistently deliver
dishes on time while maintaining presentation standards.
Recipe Development
Create and develop new recipes to enhance menu offerings. Experiment with
flavors and techniques to introduce innovative dishes that align with customer
preferences.
Kitchen Inventory
Manage kitchen inventory by monitoring ingredient levels, placing timely
orders, and ensuring proper storage. Maintain a well-stocked and organized
kitchen to support smooth operations.
Hygiene and Safety
Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety by following strict protocols.
Regularly inspect kitchen practices and equipment to meet health and safety
regulations.
Staff Training
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking
techniques and operational efficiency. Foster a collaborative environment to
ensure the team performs at its best.
