Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential
clients and markets. Develop strategies to generate leads, build relationships,
and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Sales Strategy
Collaborate with management to set sales targets and create plans to achieve
them. Implement strategies to address adverse trends and drive revenue
growth while maintaining profitability.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent
service and addressing their needs. Act as a liaison between clients and
internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Market Research
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, assess competition, and
find new opportunities for growth. Use insights to refine business strategies
and offer tailored solutions to clients.
Reporting and Planning
Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics and sales outcomes. Present
findings to management and contribute to strategic planning, ensuring
alignment with revenue objectives and business goals.
