Job Description:

Zubi’s Kitchen is seeking a friendly and skilled Barista to craft exceptional coffee and deliver outstanding customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for great food and drinks, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
• Offer friendly, efficient service to all customers
• Manage stock and restock items as needed
• Support other team members during busy periods
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Educate customers on menu items and daily specials
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately

Skills Required:

• Barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced setting
• Basic maths for handling cash and POS systems
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
