Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Human Resource Advisor to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee well-being, workplace culture, and compliance, and will work closely with management to deliver HR best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Provide support on employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure legal compliance
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Manage and update HR policies and procedures
  • Promote employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Ensure GDPR and employment law compliance across HR activities
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and concerns

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
