Staff Management
Organize staff shifts and schedules to ensure smooth operations. Recruit, train,
and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting
teamwork.
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and
effectively. Lead by example to maintain high service standards and ensure
customer satisfaction.
Menu and Suppliers
Plan and develop menus in collaboration with chefs, ensuring a balance of
customer appeal and cost-efficiency. Work closely with food and drink
suppliers to source quality products at competitive prices.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure strict adherence to food safety procedures, company policies, and
sanitary regulations. Maintain safe working conditions and ensure all staff
follow proper handling and cleaning practices.
Sales and Inventory
Audit inventory levels to maintain product availability and order supplies as
needed. Work with management to meet revenue objectives, resolve adverse
trends, and implement strategies to improve sales.
