To help the company grow in the UK. This role is in the driving seat for
sourcing, generating, building and managing new business for our
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide excellent service,
answer questions, and assist with product selection to enhance the shopping
experience.
Sales Support: Actively promote products, upsell where appropriate, and
assist customers in finding items that meet their needs.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings,
including features, benefits, and usage, to assist customers accurately and
confidently.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tasks like stocking shelves,
checking inventory levels, replenishing stock, and organizing products to
ensure availability and neat presentation.
Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions, process
returns and ensure accurate cash balancing and record-keeping.
Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
by tidying up, arranging displays, and ensuring products are well-stocked and
attractively presented.
Loss Prevention: Be vigilant and adhere to store policies to prevent theft and
minimize losses, while following security protocols.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and managers to
achieve sales goals, support daily operations, and assist in other departments
as needed.
Policy Adherence: Follow store policies and procedures, including health and
safety regulations, to ensure a safe, compliant environment for customers and
staff.
